Legal Advisor

Drafting and reviewing contracts: Ensuring that business agreements comply with legal standards and protect the interests of the company. Must be a diligent.

Advising on compliance: Ensuring that the company operates within legal frameworks and regulations, including tax laws and labor laws.

Corporate governance: Advising on corporate governance structures, shareholder agreements, and board processes.

Intellectual property: Protecting the company's intellectual property rights and ensuring compliance with intellectual property laws.

Successful candidates typically have a strong understanding of Real estate and corporate law principles, excellent negotiation skills, and a critical approach to problem-solving. Customers queries solving and interaction with customers, Agreements and making bonds is a must thing.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in law or related fields, with 10+ years of experience in Corporate legal affairs, knowledge in the real estate sector is mandatory. Familiarity with legal procedures and protocols, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
