AMAZON OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a fast-growing Amazon seller brand (Roava) looking for a hands-on Amazon Operations Executive who can independently manage our end-to-end Amazon Seller Central operations. You will work directly with the founder and own the daily operational engine.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and manage FBA shipment bookings on Amazon Seller Central from home and warehouse locations

• Coordinate with Porter, Amazon logistics, and warehouse teams for smooth stock movement

• Monitor and manage inventory levels — raise replenishment requests proactively

• Follow up daily with logistics partners and resolve shipment or delivery issues

• Monitor Amazon Seller Central dashboard — track sales, returns, account health, and key metrics

• Handle compliance documentation tracking (MD-42 licensing, seller account health)

• Assist in product listing management, basic updates, and content coordination

• Document SOPs for all Amazon processes

• Proactively flag issues and report to the founder with clear status updates

WHO YOU ARE

• 1–3 years experience on Amazon Seller Central (FBA preferred)

• Comfortable with inventory management, shipment creation, and logistics coordination

• Strong follow-up skills — you don't drop the ball on vendors or timelines

• Basic knowledge of Amazon account health metrics and compliance requirements

• Proactive communicator — you give updates without being asked

• Based in or near Bengaluru (Peenya / Whitefield area a plus)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Porter or other last-mile logistics platforms

• Familiarity with FSSAI or CDSCO/MD-42 compliance documentation

• Prior experience working directly with an Amazon seller or D2C brand
