Job Description
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
Prepare working drawings, construction drawings, and submission drawings.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present design proposals.
Perform site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and project managers for timely project completion.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
Resolve design and site-related technical issues.
Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and construction technologies.
Mainly have 3 years of experience in residential buildings
