Job Summary Benaka Gold Company is looking for a dynamic and responsible Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to support branch operations, manage cash transactions, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong convincing skills, leadership ability, and experience in branch handling.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in overall branch handling and daily operations
• Manage cash handling, cash verification, and daily cash reconciliation
• Support the Branch Manager in achieving business targets and growth
• Handle customer interactions, explain gold-related products/services, and convince customers effectively
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards
• Supervise staff, allocate duties, and maintain discipline in the branch
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
• Ensure branch cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred)
• Strong convincing and communication skills
• Good knowledge of cash handling and accounting basics
• Leadership and team management skills
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
