Job Description
*Service Coordination & Scheduling*
* Receive and manage service requests, complaints, and maintenance calls from clients
* Schedule service visits and allocate technicians based on skill set and availability
* Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules (AMC / CMC)
* Monitor service progress and ensure timely and effective completion
*Technical & Service Support*
Coordinate installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of:
* CCTV Systems
* Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems
* Access Control & Time Attendance Systems
* Intrusion / Burglar Alarm Systems
* Support technicians with documentation, drawings, and service history
* Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations
*Customer Communication*
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all service-related activities
* Proactively update customers on service status, delays, and resolutions
* Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure satisfactory closure
*Documentation & Reporting*
* Maintain accurate service logs, job cards, and maintenance records
* Prepare service reports, attendance records, and SLA compliance reports
* Track warranty status, AMC contracts, and spare parts usage
* Coordinate billing support and service completion confirmations
*Inventory & Internal Coordination*
* Coordinate with stores and procurement teams for spare parts and tools
* Monitor material consumption and ensure availability for service requirements
* Liaise with sales, projects, and accounts teams for service-related coordination
* Support smooth handover from installation to service teams
### *Skills & Competencies*
* Sound knowledge of CCTV and Fire Alarm Systems (Conventional & Addressable)
* Strong planning, coordination, and scheduling abilities
* Excellent communication and customer handling skills
* Basic understanding of networking and electrical systems
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and service management software
* Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
### *Qualifications & Experience*
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field
* 2–5 years of relevant experience in security systems service coordination (preferred)
* Prior experience in AMC / CMC management will be an added advantage
