Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

Polar bear Ice cream sundae's one of India's leading ice cream parlour chain with 200+ branches is looking for an energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily floor operations, lead our service team, and ensure top-tier guest satisfaction. You will work alongside the General Manager to handle shifts, train staff, and manage inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage floor operations and supervise opening/closing shift procedures.
• Train, schedule, and coach front-of-house staff for peak performance.
• Resolve guest complaints quickly to maintain high satisfaction scores.
• Handle shift cash registers, balancing, and daily sales reporting.
• Monitor inventory levels and order restaurant supplies as needed.
• Enforce health and safety regulations across all dining areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant supervisory or team lead experience.
• Overall 5+ years experience in hotel industry.
• Strong proficiency with Restaurant POS systems and scheduling tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
• Valid Food Safety certification and knowledge on food safety.
