Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Female Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to join our growing real estate team. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage sales leads for residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and project teams for seamless customer experience.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the real estate industry or equvelant industory
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel within Bengaluru.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
