Sales Manager — Residential Project Sales

About the Role We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead on-site sales for our upcoming premium apartment project in Devanahalli — managing the buyer journey from qualified lead to booking, with support from our AI-powered CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality site visits and convert qualified buyers into confident bookings
- Engage warm, pre-qualified leads assigned through the CRM — not cold calling
- Coordinate with channel partners bringing buyers to the project
- Guide buyers through booking and documentation
- Achieve individual sales targets
What We Are Looking For
- 2 years of residential real estate sales experience in Bangalore
- Proven track record of personally closing apartment or villa sales
- English is mandatory — plus fluency in Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, or Tamil
- A closer who builds trust, not pressure
