Job Description
Staff needed for retail pharmacy attached to a hospital. Responsibilities include,
- Managing the computerized billing system and dispensing medicines efficiently.
- Handling incoming supplies by verifying invoices, recording purchase details in the software, and ensuring accurate reconciliation with vendor invoices.
- Coordinating with hospital staff to prepare medicines and consumables for the operation theatre, tracking their usage, and processing billing accordingly.
- Conducting routine internal audits to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure inventory compliance.
- Ensuring the daily cash collection is accurately recorded and deposited into the bank in a timely manner.
- Willingness to work in morning shift, afternoon shift and night shift on a rotation basis.
