Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Coordinator to support project execution, vendor coordination, and administrative activities. The role involves handling quotations, materials management, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external vendors.
- Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth project execution
- Handle materials ordering, delivery tracking, and status updates
- Maintain proper records of orders, invoices, and all related documents
- Communicate with vendors for pricing, availability, and follow-ups
- Prepare and manage quotations as per project/customer requirements
- Assist in basic customer support and coordination activities
- Follow up on AMC visits and ensure timely completion
- Track outstanding payments and coordinate for collections
- Provide regular updates and reports to management
- Handle general back-office and administrative tasks
