Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with vendors regarding orders, service updates, and issue resolution.
- Make inbound and outbound calls to customers and vendors, primarily in Tamil.
- Follow up on pending tasks, documents, and service requests.
- Perform 30% data entry by maintaining accurate records and updating information in internal systems.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to vendor activities and operations.
- Ensure timely communication between vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Support day-to-day back-office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned work.
Requirements:
Fluency in Tamil is mandatory. Basic English or Kannada communication is an added advantage.
- Any Graduate/PUC.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
