Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Billing Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, customer billing, statutory compliance, and SAP entries. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, GST, TDS, invoicing, and ERP/SAP in a manufacturing or steel industry.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process customer invoices, tax invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Maintain purchase and sales entries in SAP/ERP.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
- Maintain daily cash, bank, and journal entries.
- Prepare GST reports and assist in GST return filing.
- Calculate and maintain TDS records as per statutory requirements.
- Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
- Coordinate with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Assist during internal and statutory audits.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
