Job Description:Gubbacci Apparel Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to expand our customer base and drive sales growth. Freshers are welcome if they have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

• Roles & Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales activities
• Visit potential clients and present company products/services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support revenue growth
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and follow-ups
• Prepare basic sales reports and daily activity updates
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum Graduation required
• Freshers can apply if they have good communication skills
• MBA freshers are also welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in field sales
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Work Details:Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Salary:₹22,000 to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
• Location Preference:Candidates residing near JP Nagar / South Bangalore will be an added advantage
