Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support our clinic’s growth by building relationships, increasing awareness, and driving patient engagement through on-ground activities.

This is a field-oriented role involving regular interactions with healthcare professionals and local communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers

• Visit clinics and hospitals to introduce our services

• Support partnership development and coordination activities

• Plan and execute local promotional initiatives (health camps, awareness sessions, etc.)

• Track daily activities, meetings, and leads generated

• Work closely with clinic team to support patient engagement efforts

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with field work and daily travel

• Confident in meeting new people and building relationships

• Self-driven and organized

Preferred Background

• 1–4 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development

• Healthcare / pharma / diagnostics experience is a plus

• Familiarity with Bangalore (Whitefield / Varthur / Gunjur area preferred)

Qualification

• Graduate (any discipline)

• MBA is a plus but not mandatory
