CRM Executive

We are hiring for The Post-Sales CRM Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end customer relationship management activities after sales closure, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the process. The role includes managing customer documentation, agreements, handover procedures, and coordinating with internal teams for project updates and issue resolution. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring timely collections, maintaining customer satisfaction, and preparing accurate CRM records and MIS reports. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and customer handling skills, along with sound knowledge of real estate documentation such as agreements, deeds, NOC, registrations, RERA norms, stamp duty, and banking processes. Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and MIS reporting is also essential for this role.

SKILLS
