Job Summary
The Customer Support Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, delivery partners, and restaurant partners. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via voice calls in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve issues related to orders, payments, delays, cancellations, and refunds
- Provide support to delivery partners and restaurant partners when required
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system
- Follow company policies and quality standards
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
