Telecalling Executive

1. Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Caller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and support the sales & service teams. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer‐focused approach.

• 2. Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.
• Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain follow-up with prospects and convert leads into appointments/visits.
• Update customer details, call logs, and follow-up status in CRM/software.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and marketing teams for lead management.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call/lead targets.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and quality in communication at all times.

• 3. Requirements
• PUC / Diploma / Graduate in any field.
• Proven experience as a Tele Caller or Customer Support Executive (preferred).
• Excellent communication in Kannada & basic English; Hindi is an added advantage.
• Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry).
