Job Description

Builds relationships with the Existing / New, Transporters & Truckers working with us from a defined city/region.

Periodically interacts and guides the Growth Executive(s) within his region for identification & development of new business opportunities with potentially good transporters & truckers

Cold call & visit the prospective Transporters & Truckers (Truck Owners) for building relationship & business growth in the defined city / region.

Map the key contacts of the Transporter at City, Regional & National level and establish direct (or indirect contact through other team member) for business growth.

Constantly coordinate with the Branch / Regional Manager having responsibility for the business from that city / region.

Target driven to achieve defined number of transactions from the allocated transporters, start new lanes (routes).

Constantly assimilate market intelligence and share the same on weekly basis for realigning execution strategy.

Conducts webinars and presentations to raise the brand value with the transporters.

Manages key Transporter & Truckers relationships and works to build new ones.

Coordinates for the on-boarding of the transporters & Truckers for better understanding and smooth transactions.

Hand-hold the transporter & Truckers to make best use of our Mobile App and make them more comfortable with the same.

Shoulder the responsibility of timely collection of advance & balance payments from the transporters Skills and Experience

Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English & Regional Language – Verbal & Written both

Target driven

Proficient in Rapport Building & Relationship management

Team Management Experience would be added advantage.

Experience in Logistics domain would be added advantage.

Tech savvy with good MS Office and general purpose IT application usage.

Analytical & Reasoning Skills

Must have high energy, enthusiasm and sincerity
