Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Trips Odessey, a leading hub for motorcycle enthusiasts in Bangalore. You will be the face of our store, responsible for driving revenue through the sale of premium Acessories, Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coating, and Detailing Packages. Additionally, you will manage retail sales for our extensive range of riding gear, helmets, and motorcycle accessories.

Key Responsibilities

1. Detailing & PPF Sales (Service Focused)

• Consultative Selling: Engage with walk-in customers and leads to explain the benefits of PPF (Paint Protection Film), Ceramic Coating, and Paint Correction.
• Package Customization: Assess the vehicle's condition and recommend tailored detailing packages (e.g., Interior Deep Cleaning, Engine Bay Cleaning).
• Lead Conversion: Follow up with prospects who have expressed interest in vehicle protection services to close high-value deals.

2. Retail Sales (Product Focused)

• Customer Assistance: Greet and guide customers through our collection of premium brands like Axor, SMK, Rynox, and Raida.
• Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of riding jackets, helmets, boots, and technical accessories (e.g., Bluetooth communicators, GPS trackers) to provide expert advice.
• Upselling: Actively promote add-ons such as crash guards, top boxes, and specialized maintenance products like chain lubes or Moto Max shiners.

3. Store Operations & Management

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of retail items and coordinate with the team for restocking.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure merchandise displays are attractive and the store environment reflects the "Trips Odessey" brand.
• CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1–3 years in retail sales or service-based sales (experience in the automotive or detailing industry is a major plus).
• Communication: Fluency in English and Kannada (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is a plus) to effectively communicate with local Bangalore riders.
• Passion for Biking: A genuine interest in motorcycles and the riding community is highly preferred.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and explain the technical aspects of PPF application and specialized riding gear.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
