Position: Area Manager
Location: Bengaluru (Managing 2–3 outlets)
Openings: 2
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month + Attractive Performance Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage operations of 2–3 assigned outlets.
- Drive business development and increase revenue.
- Monitor outlet performance and customer satisfaction.
- Support recruitment, staff training, and daily operations.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Requirements:
- Experience as an Area Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Store Manager, or in a similar role.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Male or Female candidates can apply.
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
