• Represent the organisation in direct field sales / customer acquisition

• Understand consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and performance metrics

• Learn how high-performing sales teams are built and managed

Phase 2: Team Leadership

Development

Train and mentor new recruits

• Support daily team planning, motivation, and performance tracking

• Learn people management, coaching, and leadership fundamentals

• Take responsibility for small teams and targetsPhase 3: Management & Business

Operations

• Manage teams, campaigns, and client outcomes
