Car Loan Sales Executive

Job Overview:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Used Car Loan Executive who will assist customers in securing vehicle loans. The role involves handling leads, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, collecting documentation, and ensuring a smooth loan processing experience while representing Wisedrive professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers interested in used car loans
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements
• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and status updates
• Act as a single point of contact between the customer and the lender
• Regularly update customers regarding loan application status
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Ensure timely processing and closure of loan applications
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of loan/finance processes (preferred)
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
