Job Description

About the RoleAR Mobiles is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Retail Cashier to manage billing operations, customer payments, and daily cash transactions while delivering excellent customer service.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer billing and payment transactions accurately.
  • Accept payments through cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and finance schemes.
  • Generate invoices, receipts, and related documents.
  • Maintain daily cash collections and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
  • Verify payment settlements and coordinate with accounts when required.
  • Assist customers with billing-related queries and payment issues.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of billing records and transaction reports.
  • Support sales staff during peak business hours.
  • Follow company policies related to cash handling, refunds, exchanges, and credit notes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.
