Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, promoting mobile phones and accessories, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining showroom standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable mobile phones, accessories, and gadgets.
Explain product features, offers, warranties, and finance options.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Cross-sell accessories, insurance, and value-added services.
Generate billing and ensure accurate transaction processing.
Maintain product displays and showroom cleanliness.
Track customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
Support stock verification and inventory management activities.
Follow company policies, sales processes, and reporting requirements.
