Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure regular engagement.
• Acquire new customers through referrals, networking, and business development activities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize customer value.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, customer activities, and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
