Role Overview
A Channel Partner Manager develops, supports, and grows a network of business partners to drive business.
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Partner Acquisition & OnboardingIdentify and recruit new channel partners (dealers, distributors, resellers)
- Evaluate potential partners based on business fit and market reach
- Onboard and train new partners on products/services
- 2. Relationship Management
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners
- Act as the main point of contact for partner queries and support
- Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews
- 3. Training & Enablement
- Provide product training, sales tools, and marketing materials
- Ensure partners understand offerings and positioning
- Organize workshops, webinars, or demos
- 4. Performance Monitoring
- Track partner sales performance and KPIs
- Analyze data to identify improvement areas
- Provide feedback and corrective action plans
- 5. Marketing Collaboration
- Work with marketing teams for joint campaigns
- Support partners in local promotions and lead generation
- 6. Conflict Resolution
- Handle disputes between partners or with customers
- Ensure smooth operations across the channel ecosystem
