Job Description
Job Description: Junior Admin Executive
Purpose of this position: Staff shall be responsible to manage all administrative
activities for managing and maintenance of an Apartment & Villa.
Designation: Junior Admin Executive
Responsibilities:
• Administrative support to all departments in the company
• This staff shall be responsible to manage & drive growth in the domain of
property management & rental
• Daily management and coordination with the vendor to manage maintenance
works
• Staff records and User access to processes, systems and tools are in
accordance with staff responsibilities
• Manage Administrative Staff records for administrative activities
• Posting properties online/ generating report online/documentation follow-up
with tenant & owners
• Uploading still photos, walk-through videos & 360 images online.
Authority:
1) Escalate when defined administrative processes have not been followed.
2) Coordinating with client’s to facilitate signing and termination of Owner
contracts and Rent Agreement
3) Facilitate with recruit of new staff by coordinating with recruitment consultants
4) Ownership of account related information
5) Coordinate with bank relationship manager for banking activities
6) Report metrics to management.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
Preferred Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience, mandatory
- Smart Phone, mandatory
- Vehicle & Driving License, preferred

Competencies:
1) Good writing, reading and oral communication in English.
2) Good writing, reading and oral communication in Kannada preferred.
3) Regional languages and Hindi communication skills is an added benefit
4) Presentation skills
5) Vendor Management skills
6) Client Management skills
7) Multitasking of diverse and complex tasks
8) Microsoft Office tools mandatory (MS Word & Excel)
9) Email, Internet, & Social Media skills mandatory
Purpose of this position: Staff shall be responsible to execute all administrative
requirements for managing and maintenance of an Apartment & Villa in gated
communities.
Accountabilities: Business Support; Follow policy, processes, guidelines and
procedures. Delivering tasks to reach expectations and to meet 100% client
satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Manage diverse administrative activities , Drive results to
completion of assigned task, On time payments to authorities (eg. Property Tax,
BESCOM etc), Support Sales & Operations with on-boarding new properties, new
owners and new tenants to meet the defined Turn Around Time (TAT).
