Job Details:

· Role: Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice / Chat Process)

· Experience: Fresher & Experienced candidates can apply

· Qualification: PUC / Diploma / Any Graduation

· Work Schedule: 6 days working with 1 rotational off. 

Compensation:· Fresher: ₹18,000 (In-hand) + ₹22,000 CTC + Incentives,

· 1–2 Years Experience: ₹19,000 (In-hand) + ₹23,000 CTC + Incentives,

· 2+ Years Experience: ₹20,000 (In-hand) + ₹24,000 CTC + Incentives.

Shift Timings (Day Shift – Any 9 Hours)

· Male Candidates: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

· Female Candidates: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:· Handle customer queries through chat support

· Address inquiries and resolve customer complaints efficiently

· Provide accurate information about products and services

· Maintain high standards of communication and customer satisfaction

 Additional Information:· Work Location: Tin Factory, Bangalore

· Interview Location: Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore

· Work From Home: Available after 3 months (based on performance)

Skills Required:· Good communication and typing skills

· Basic computer knowledge

· Problem-solving and active listening abilities

· Flexibility to work in assigned shifts

Interview Process:· Typing Test (Minimum 28 WPM with 90% accuracy)

· HR Round

· Operations Manager Round
