Job Description

  • Laptop & desktop chip-level (L3) repairs.
  • Motherboard troubleshooting & component replacement.
  • BGA rework, BIOS programming, and circuit-level diagnosis.
  • Power, display, and performance issue resolution. Diagnose and repair laptops, including motherboard, display, battery, keyboard, and other hardware components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues such as OS installation, driver updates, virus removal, and system optimization.
  • Perform RAM and storage upgrades as per customer requirements.
  • Replace damaged components like screens, charging ports, and cooling fans.
  • Maintain proper documentation of repairs, parts used, and service history.
  • Provide technical support to customers regarding laptop usage and maintenance.
  • Ensure timely completion of repair jobs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Handle BIOS and firmware updates when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to manage spare parts stock.
