Job Description
Ensure timely completion of PMS and GMS for all fleet vehicles.
● Track vehicle maintenance schedules, repairs, breakdowns, and service requirements.
● Coordinate with workshops for diagnosis, repairs, servicing requirements.
● Ensure clear and timely communication with workshops regarding repair scope and
timelines.
● Monitor workshop performance and ensure timely vehicle delivery with minimum downtime.
● Responsible for insurance claim handling
● Conduct vehicle quality inspections before vehicle handover and deployment.
● Ensure all vehicles consistently meet Milo Drive quality and safety standards.
● Maintain records of servicing, repairs, insurance claims, and maintenance history.
● Coordinate with operations teams to ensure maximum vehicle uptime and availability.
● Identify recurring maintenance issues and recommend preventive actions.
