Job Description
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for building strong client relationships, managing communication across multiple channels, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role demands excellent oratory skills, presentation abilities, multilingual communication, and proficiency in tele-appointment coordination and video conferencing.
- Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Relationship Management
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through consistent engagement.
- Understand customer needs and provide timely solutions.
- Handle customer queries, escalations, and follow-ups with professionalism.
- Oratory & Presentation
- Deliver clear, confident presentations during client meetings, webinars, and demos.
- Communicate product/service value propositions effectively.
- Tele-Appointment & Coordination
- Schedule and manage tele-calls, follow-ups, and appointment calendars.
- Coordinate video conferences between clients and internal teams.
- Video Conferencing & Digital Interaction
- Host and manage virtual meetings using platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, Teams.
- Ensure smooth communication flow and meeting documentation.
- CRM, Accounts & Reporting
- Update customer interactions in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on customer engagement and feedback.
- Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong Oratory Skills – Clear, confident, persuasive communication.
- Presentation Skills – Ability to present ideas, products, and solutions effectively.
- Tele-Appointment Handling – Professional phone etiquette and scheduling discipline.
- Video Conferencing Skills – Comfortable managing virtual meetings.
- Customer Relationship Management – Empathy, patience, and problem-solving.

- Educational QualificationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
