Job Description
1. Welcome and register patients.
2. Schedule appointments and coordinate doctors'
consultation times.
3. Follow up with patients by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or
email for regular reviews.
4. Contact patients who have discontinued treatment and
encourage them to return for follow-up, while being
respectful and not pressuring them.
5. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff.
6. Maintain stock of medicines and consumables.
7. Record daily income and expenses and reconcile cash,
card, UPI, and bank transactions.
8. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
9. Handle billing, receipts, insurance (if applicable), and
patient records.
10. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
11. Resolve patient concerns professionally.
