Job Description:
We are looking for skilled Machine Operators to handle our Laser Cutting, CNC, and Channel Letter Bending machines. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and prior experience in operating machinery related to signage or metal fabrication. Precision, attention to detail, and equipment maintenance are key to this role.
- Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain Laser Cutting, CNC Router, and Channel Letter Bending machines
- Interpret technical drawings and execute jobs with precision
- Perform machine setup, alignment, and calibration before each job
- Monitor the machine process, identify errors, and make real-time adjustments
- Conduct routine checks, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and report malfunctions
- Maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency of the machines and work area
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality output
- Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE at all times
Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Tool & Die, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating Laser, CNC, or Channel Bending machines (signage industry experience preferred)
- Ability to read design files, CAD drawings, and work instructions
- Familiarity with CorelDraw or AutoCAD is an added advantage
- Good mechanical aptitude and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and able to stand for long durations
