We are hiring Collection Process Executives for handling customer payment follow-ups and maintaining collection records. Candidates should possess good communication and negotiation skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: 10th Pass / PUC / Any Degree
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply
Shift Timing: Day Shift
Job Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers regarding pending payments
Handle collection calls professionally
Maintain payment and customer records
Resolve customer queries related to payments
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
Skills Required:
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Convincing and negotiation abilities
Ability to work in a team
