Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with students/parents for pending fee payments
  • Explain payment options, EMI plans, and due timelines
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and follow-ups in CRM
  • Handle queries and resolve payment-related concerns
  • Achieve monthly collection targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for payment updates

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy
  • Basic understanding of payments, billing, or collections
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply
  • Experience in edtech/BFSI collections is a plus
