Continental Cook

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Continental Cook to prepare high-quality Continental dishes while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Continental cuisine and be able to work efficiently in a professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure proper taste, presentation, portion size, and food quality.
• Prepare ingredients and maintain proper food storage practices.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.
• Monitor food inventory and inform the supervisor about required ingredients.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service.
• Assist in creating and improving Continental menu items when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 10th Pass or Below 10th
• Experience: Minimum 2 Years
• English: Basic English

• Day Shift (Full-Time)

Salary

• ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹2,000
