Bakery Chef — Key Responsibilities :
- Create Fondant figures & handcrafting skills.
- Ensure smooth finishing & Icing of cakes & pastries
- Prepare savouries such as Korean buns, garlic breads, mushroom toast, etc.
- Ensure quality, consistency and taste
- Manage inventory and ingredient usage
- Support in training and guiding kitchen helpers
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace
Helper Chef — Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in daily kitchen preparation
- Ability to prepare cakes, icing & frosting.
- Support senior chefs with baking & production
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
- Learn and follow recipes and processes
- Work as a team to ensure timely output
