Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B business and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and manage key corporate accounts.
- Identify new customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and close deals.
- Coordinate with production and operations for timely order execution.
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM, and monthly sales reports.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience (packaging preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across India.
