CRM / Real Estate SpecialistRole

OverviewThe CRM 

Real Estate Specialist is responsible for managing and strengthening customer relationships within the real estate sector. This role focuses on leveraging CRM systems to track client interactions, support sales processes, and ensure smooth execution of real estate transactions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update the CRM system with accurate client data
  • Monitor, track, and analyze customer interactions and engagement
  • Support real estate agents in managing client relationships effectively
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth
