Job Description
Positions-
- Outbound calling,
- Credit Escaltion
- Customer Service
Location-Koramangala
6 Days working
Rotational shift and Rotational week off
Languages Required-English+Kannad/Telugu+Hindi
Roles and Rsponsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Effectively pitch J24 business opportunity to potential leads. This pitch will be primarily over a phone call. Occasionally, this pitch could be in person or over a video call
- Handling Escaltions,Queries regarding credit
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively and promptly
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Manage a high call volume (up to 100 calls per day) efficiently
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system
- Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
