Job Description – Academic CounsellorWe are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right courses and career opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students, handling admission-related queries, and supporting students throughout the enrollment process while achieving assigned targets.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesCounsel students regarding academic programs, courses, and career opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and admission queries.
• Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate student records and follow-up data.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents.
• Achieve weekly and monthly counseling/admission targets.
• Convert leads into successful admissions through proper follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission procedures.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
