Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide and support prospective students in enrolling for our IT training programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students build their careers in technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on IT courses such as UI/UX, Digital Marketing, Full Stack Development, and Data Analytics
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
• Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 1–3 years of experience in admission counselling / sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of IT courses (UI/UX, DM, Full Stack, Data Analytics) is an added advantage
• Target-driven and self-motivated
