Job Description

Role Overview:

The Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through course selection and admission procedures, ensuring smooth enrollment and achieving admission targets.

  • Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents about academic programs and career opportunities
  • Explain the course curriculum, eligibility, and fee structure
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and online leads
  • Convert inquiries into admissions and meet enrollment targets
  • Support students in completing admission documentation
  • Maintain admission records and student database
  • Conduct campus tours and counselling sessions
  • Participate in education fairs and promotional activities
  • Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams
  • Preferred Skills: Excellent communication and counselling skills
  • Student-focused approach
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (any field)
  • Experience in education counselling preferred
