Role overview

Unblock (company: Counsel Cafe Services Pvt Ltd) is looking for a full-time Customer Support executive to assist users with queries, ensure smooth bookings, and deliver a warm, reliable experience across our communication channels.


Key responsibilities

·      Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, calls, email, and in‑app/chat within defined timelines.

·      Guide users through the journey: understanding their need, explaining how Unblock works, and helping them complete bookings or reschedule sessions.

·      Follow up with existing customers/ new leads

·      Maintain accurate records of conversations, tickets, and resolutions in our tracking tools.

·      Coordinate with the internal team (operations, counselors, tech, marketing) for escalations and special cases.

·      Collect, tag, and share user feedback, common issues, and suggestions to help improve our product and experience.

·      Follow defined workflows, SLAs, and communication guidelines to ensure a consistent, respectful, and solution-focused tone.

·      Support basic operational tasks such as reminder messages, follow‑ups, and simple reports on daily conversations.

·      Manage App backend for rescheduling/ cancelations/ refunds, etc.


Desired profile

·      Graduate with strong written and spoken English; comfort with Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus.

·      Good listener with a calm, solution-oriented approach and genuine interest in helping people.

·      You will be responsible for arranging access to a good Wi-Fi, laptop, and phone for your work.

·      Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, email, spreadsheets, Google docs, and willing to learn new tools.

·      Reliable, organized, and able to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

·      Prior experience in customer support, operations, or client-facing roles is a plus but not mandatory.


Other details

·      Duration: 6 days a week; 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm

·      Location: Remote / Work from home  

·      Start date: 1st week of June, 2026
