Job Description
Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and clear-speaking Customer Support Associate to join our voice process team. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with queries and providing high-quality service in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls professionally to resolve customer queries.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Update customer interaction details in the internal CRM/Database.
- Follow up on pending customer issues until resolution.
- Required Candidate ProfileEducation: 12th Pass / Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Experience: Fresher or Experienced (BPO/Customer Service experience is a plus).
- Languages (Mandatory): Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Skills: * Excellent verbal communication.
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
- Availability: Ready to work in flexible shifts as per business requirements.
