Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Voice/Chat)

Location: Bengaluru (Work from Home)

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers Welcome!)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their queries and ensuring they have a great experience with our brand.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls/chats professionally.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information about products.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Update customer details in the CRM system after every interaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Candidate RequirementsEducation: 12th Pass or Graduate.
  • Languages: Fluent in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
  • Skills: Good listening, basic computer knowledge, and a polite phone manner.
  • Shifts: Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including weekends).
