About WaveTech ServiceWaveTech Service is a fast-growing home appliance and technical service platform providing TV, Laptop, Washing Machine, Refrigerator, AC, and Cleaning Services. We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic Customer Care Executives to support technician enrollment and customer lead management.
- Key ResponsibilitiesTechnician EnrollmentContact technicians and service professionals through phone calls.
- Explain the benefits of joining the WaveTech Service Partner Program.
- Guide technicians through the registration and onboarding process.
- Follow up with interested technicians and complete enrollments.
- Lead ManagementManage incoming customer service requests.
- Assign leads to appropriate technicians.
- Coordinate between customers and service partners.
- Track lead status and update records regularly.
- Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
- Customer SupportHandle customer inquiries professionally.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain positive customer relationships.
- RequirementsFreshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and/or Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to make outbound calls confidently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
