Job Description

Overview:

Handle customer relationships through digital channels, understand financial needs, resolve queries, and promote banking products. Ideal for fresh graduates starting a career in banking sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers via calls/digital platforms
  • Recommend suitable banking products
  • Resolve queries and complaints
  • Promote digital banking services
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve sales targets through cross-selling/upselling
  • Follow compliance and documentation standards

Eligibility:

  • Graduate (any stream except B.Tech/BE)
  • Freshers or up to 1 year experience

Skills:

  • Basic banking knowledge
  • Strong communication & sales skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Basic computer/CRM knowledge

Languages:

  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Plus Hindi / Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada
