Job Title: Outbound Customer Service Executive

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Outbound Customer Service Executives to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to customers, addressing their queries, providing product or service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.Provide information about products, services, and ongoing offers.Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally.Follow up with customers regarding service requests or feedback.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.Meet daily call and quality targets.Build and maintain positive customer relationships.Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility:Minimum qualification: PUC / Graduate (as per company requirement).Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Excellent communication skills in English. Additional regional languages are an advantage.Basic computer knowledge.Good listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
