Job Description
- Manage and resolve operational tickets within defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Monitor onboarding, activation, and support-related processes.
- Track key operational metrics and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
- Handle escalations and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and process workflows.
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
